Soil Temperature Sensor - Wide Range

The KDS-031 is a multi-drop capable high-performance smart sensor for the measure-ment of soil temperature in automatic weather station environments, especially for deploy-ment in agriculture, green house and related applications and research. The sensors are developed indigenously using the state of the art technology and built to exacting specifica-tions. They offer stable, accurate and reliable performance over long periods of time in the Indian conditions of environment.
     
The temperature sensing is by way of preci-sion resistive sensing element of very good long-term stability . The sensor is microproces-sor based and computes complex polynomials and uses proprietary algorithms developed for accurate reporting of the parameter value measured. The digital interface of the sensor makes sure the data reaches the destination system without any degradation along the way by interference or noise of any kind.
