Station Information
The Agricultural Automatic Weather Station from Komoline is a sophisticated system for remote measurement of air temperature, relative humidity, wind speed and direction, solar radiation, leaf wetness, soil temperature and rain.
It monitors the weather, records & stores the data, and transmits it at regular intervals. The weather station records data collected by all sensors, except the solar radiation and rain sensors, every hour. Solar radiation data is recorded every minute and the rain sensor data is recorded as and when the rain bucket fills up and tips. Stored data is transmitted at half-hourly intervals.
Records of a particular time slot can be retrieved in the following manner:
o From the Agricultural Automatic Weather Station
o By Serial COM communication
o By a Data Cartridge and USB based software utility
