The KIPS-6031 is compact in-situ parametric station for the measurement, recording and forwarding of tide data. The data transmission is through GSM/GPRS communication network and is compatible with most networks. The tide measurement in this system is based on absolute pressure measurement, by way of SS or Ceramic or sapphire supported titanium precision strain gage sensing elements of very good long-term stability and very low hysteresis.
